Telehealth

See your GP without leaving the couch.

Phone and video consults with your usual clinic doctor — on your phone, tablet or laptop. Any day we’re open.

Great for

Better in-person

If you’re not sure, book telehealth — your GP will tell you if you need to come in.

What you need

  • A phone with good reception, or a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera for video
  • A quiet, private place to talk
  • Your Medicare card number
  • A list of the medicines you take
  • The name of your usual pharmacy, if you want your script sent there

Your script and referrals

Your doctor sends an eScript straight to your phone by text or email. You can take it to any pharmacy, including the one inside our clinic. Referrals and pathology request forms are emailed to you.

What if I need to be seen in person?

Some problems need an examination. If your doctor decides you should come in, reception will book you an in-person appointment. We are open 7 days, with appointments until 9pm on weeknights.

Telehealth and MyMedicare

We are a MyMedicare registered practice. Once you register with us through MyMedicare, you may be eligible for more telehealth options with your regular GP. Ask reception how to register.

Common questions

Can I get a medical certificate by telehealth?
Yes, if your doctor thinks it is suitable after talking with you.

Do I need an app?
No. For a phone consult your doctor calls you. For video, you get a secure link by email or text at your appointment time.

What if I miss the call?
Your doctor will try again. If you still miss it, call reception on (07) 2140 4888 to rebook.
