Ready to join?
Book your first appointment now — we’ll handle registration when you arrive, or we can send the forms ahead.
Moving your records?
We’ll request a summary from your previous GP — just ask us at reception, it costs nothing and keeps your care continuous.
Your first visit, step by step
- Book online or call (07) 2140 4888. Tell us you are a new patient so we can allow a little extra time.
- Reception will register you when you arrive. It takes about five minutes.
- See your GP. Bring up anything you want to talk about, even if it seems small.
- Before you leave, reception can book your next visit or a follow-up by telehealth.
Choosing a doctor
You can ask for a particular GP or see whoever is free. If you have a preference, for example a female doctor or a doctor who speaks your language, tell reception when you book. You can read about each of our doctors on the Our Team page.
Interpreters
If you would like an interpreter, tell us when you book. TIS National interpreter services are free for patients.
Children and families
Children can be registered at the same visit as a parent. Bring the child’s Medicare details and their blue health record book if you have it.
Register with MyMedicare
We are a MyMedicare registered practice. Registering links you to our clinic as your usual practice. Once registered, you may be eligible for more support with ongoing conditions and more telehealth options. Ask reception, or register through the Medicare app or myGov.
Common questions
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when we have space. Booking ahead is the best way to be seen at a set time.
Can I see a doctor in the evening or on the weekend?
Yes. We are open 7 days, with appointments until 9pm Monday to Friday.
How do I move my records from my old GP?
Ask at reception. We will request a summary from your previous clinic. There is no charge.
