COVID-19 vaccination is now recommended on an annual or six-monthly basis depending on your age and health circumstances, and remains one of the most effective ways to reduce your risk of severe illness, hospitalisation, and complications from COVID-19.

COVID-19 vaccines are free for all eligible individuals in Australia, including those who do not hold a Medicare card. Our clinic administers updated vaccine formulations in line with current Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) recommendations. If you are unsure whether you are due for a dose or which vaccine is most appropriate for you, simply book an appointment and your GP will advise you based on your vaccination history and current health needs.

Who Should Get a COVID-19 Vaccine?

All adults 18 years and over – recommended every 6 to 12 months
Adults aged 75 years and over – recommended every 6 months due to higher risk of severe illness
Adults aged 65 to 74 years – recommended annually and may benefit from 6-monthly doses
People with medical conditions that increase the risk of severe COVID-19, including diabetes, heart disease, chronic lung disease, kidney disease, and obesity
Immunocompromised individuals and those on immunosuppressive medications – discuss timing with your GP
Pregnant women – speak to your GP about the recommended timing during pregnancy
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 18 and over
Healthcare workers and carers of high-risk individuals
Children aged 6 months and over with medical conditions that increase the risk of severe disease – speak to your GP

Safe On-Site Observation: Following your vaccination, you will be observed on-site for 15 minutes as per standard vaccination guidelines to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
